About us
Since obtaining our real estate brokerage license in 2019, we have brokered residential rentals and sales and managed rental properties. We serve clients in Japan and overseas in Japanese, Chinese and English.
We also develop and operate Chitaku, a real estate data platform that updates listing activity for existing condominiums building by building across nine markets every week. When clients consider a property, we use this data to explain listing activity in each building. Drawing on our own data infrastructure and in-house algorithms, SHIRUBE provides real estate companies with a valuation API and asking price data.
