Service fees

Initial consultation is free, and no fee is charged merely for submitting a website inquiry. Paid services such as brokerage fees, management fees, and life-support options are disclosed tax-included or by calculation method in each quotation, brokerage agreement, Important Matters Explanation, or related written document.

Additional required costs

Deposit, key money, guarantor-company fees, fire insurance, key exchange, cleaning, bank-transfer fees, postage, registration, judicial scrivener, loan-related costs, taxes, and other transaction-specific costs may apply.

Payment timing and method

Payment is due by the deadline stated in the individual invoice, agreement, or Important Matters Explanation. Bank transfer is the main method; other methods require written agreement.

Service timing

Inquiries are usually answered within 24 hours. Viewings, applications, contract signing, key handover, and management start dates depend on the individual transaction.

Cancellation / termination

Consultations may be cancelled free of charge. After signing, cancellation, incurred costs, refunds, and termination follow the individual contract, Important Matters Explanation, and applicable law.

Special conditions

Property availability, tenant screening, guarantor approval, loan screening, visa status, and owner or management-company confirmation are not guaranteed by this website.
