Processors and third-party services
This website may engage third-party service providers for necessary operations such as website operation and security, email or notification delivery, usage measurement, support communications, and business-system integrations.
We do not provide personal data to third parties except where permitted by law, with consent, for business outsourcing, joint use, or transaction performance.
Where overseas service providers are involved, we confirm the processing purpose, safeguards, and outsourcing conditions as needed.
Joint use within the group

Overseas services and external channels

When overseas services or external channels are used, we confirm processing purposes, retained data, data location, safeguards, sub-processing, and external conditions as needed, and handle consent, records, or notices under applicable law.
Security safeguards
We apply access control, least-necessary use, encrypted transmission, logging and abnormal-access limits, interface access controls, employee/processor supervision, backups, and deletion or anonymization controls.
If an incident requiring report or notice occurs, we investigate, contain, record, report to regulators, and notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
