Inquiry forms collect your name, email or IM ID, inquiry type, message, and security data such as IP address, User-Agent, source, and UTM parameters.

Vercel, Resend, analytics tools, and webhooks are mainly used as processors or business outsourcing services. Communications through WeChat/WeCom, LINE, or WhatsApp occur when the user chooses that channel.

When overseas services or external channels are used, we confirm processing purposes, retained data, safeguards, sub-processing, and external conditions as needed, and handle consent, records, or notices under applicable law.
