Four government items must be done within 14 days of arrival. We accompany or proxy each one and confirm step by step.

Resident registration / national health insurance / pension / residence card renewal / move-in & move-out forms

Eight basics in one pass. We make the Japanese phone calls; what you receive is a home that already works.

Water / electricity / gas / internet / mobile / bank account / hanko (seal) / postal address binding

Move-out & renewal

We draft the Japanese cancellation letter (1 month notice). Cleaning, deposit reconciliation, and onward-relocation paperwork are all covered. Renewals are handled one-on-one too.
